GMK sets have two trays, so be sure to check both trays for any missing keys before reaching out.
In the case of missing caps, please include a picture of the caps you received in your support request.
In the case of damaged caps, please include pictures of the affected caps.
Sometimes the caps just have a bit of the tray material stuck on them, this can be easily wiped off.
Please inventory all keycap sets for issues within (14) days of the delivery date on your tracking information. This includes damage to a key that falls out of our acceptable quality standards or missing keycaps.
We can still replace missing/eligible damaged keycaps beyond 14 days on a case-by-case basis, but the buyer will be responsible for covering shipping costs/import fees (import fees on international shipments only).
