Over the past few months, we've been tirelessly working to ensure that the GMK Nightshade meets your expectations and upholds our high standards for quality and craftsmanship. As part of this commitment, we pay particular attention to the precision of colors, as we know how essential this aspect is in creating a custom keyset. We have identified a discrepancy between the color representation of the GMK Nightshade in our digital renders and the actual Pantone colors that were originally selected for the product. We found that while the product matches the selected Pantones accurately, it does not align with the representation shown in the renders. Given this, we have decided to undertake a final, meticulous round of color matching to ensure the final product matches the aesthetics presented in the renders. We believe this step is vital to meet the expectations that we have built around keysets within the community. We understand that this additional step may lead to a further delay in the delivery timeline. However, we believe that the additional wait will be worthwhile and is the correct step to take. We are grateful for your understanding and patience in this matter. Our vendor and designer team is fully committed to making this right, and we are confident that we can do so. Please stay tuned for further updates and we assure you that we will do everything we can to expedite this final stage of the process.
