Returns are eligible for any reason within 14 days of the item(s) delivery date.
The item(s) must arrive to us unopened and in the original condition including all packaging and accessories.
A refund minus the original shipping costs and any shipping insurance will be processed once the item is received and inspected to be in acceptable condition, this is the case for customers who received free shipping due to tiered rewards or other promotional discounts as well.
Due to a change in Shopify's refund policy (Q1 2020), a 4% processing fee will be withheld from all approved refunds.
Shopify payment installment users are subject to an additional 3% processing fee, as this is what Affirm charges.
To get around this fee, you can instead opt to receive store credit.
Return shipping is to be arranged and paid for by the customer, a trackable shipping service must be used, adding insurance coverage to the shipment for the value of the items is recommended to avoid any issues caused by third parties during transit.
