Orders are eligible for cancellation for any reason.
Due to a change in Shopify's refund policy (Q1 2020), a 4% processing fee will be withheld from all approved refunds.
Shopify payment installment users who cancel their orders are subject to an additional 3% processing fee, as this is what Affirm charges us.
To get around this fee, you can instead opt to receive store credit.
Orders over 6 months old are sometimes ineligible for a direct refund to the original payment method.
We will first attempt to refund the original payment method, if this is unsuccessful, we will need to send the refund manually via PayPal.
Please include the following information when requesting a cancellation:
- Order Number
- Order Email
- PayPal Email Address
